Meet Giada
If you are a fan or ever wanted to meet Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis, the personable cook and Paris Cordon Bleu graduate will sign copies of her newest book, "Everyday Pasta" at 7 p.m. Thursday (4/5/07) at the Freehold Township Barnes & Noble, Routes 33 and 9.
The recipes in "Everyday Pasta," like her previous two best sellers "Everyday Italian" and "Giada's Family Dinners," which are heavily used in my kitchen, are inventive, user-friendly and sure to become family favorites.
Included is a "crash course" in Italian wine, pasta basics (be adventuresome and make your own) and pasta shapes.
