Meal prep firm opens in Marlboro
Anissa Berger of Marlboro has opened Entree Vous in Bear Brook Commons, 455 Route 520, Marlboro.
Customers go online and choose from a variety of entrees and select a date to create their dinners in the Entree Vous kitchen. All the prep work, from shopping to cooking sauces, is done before customers come to the kitchen. The customers can put the ingredients together themselves or have Entree Vous assemble the meals for pickup.
