Child safety seat program scheduled

FREEHOLD: The Monmouth County Sheriff's Office will hold its Safe C.A.R.G.O. (Children And Restraints Go together) child safety seat program from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday.
Specially trained sheriff's officers will check the seats' information for recalls, inspect anchors and stabilize seats with additional padding to prevent rocking.
