New Office Complex Breaks Ground in Freehold
Triad Development, Pyramid Property, Hampshire Cos. Developing Pond View Professional Park
A trio of New Jersey developers is breaking ground this month on Pond View Professional Park, a four-building medical/professional office complex.
Pyramid Property Partners LLC, The Hampshire Cos., and Triad Development Co. are developing the 100,000-square-foot project, which will sit on W. Main St. (Route 537) in Freehold, NJ. Each building will total approximately 25,000 square feet, with available units as small as 2,000 square feet.
The first building is expected to deliver this fall, while the entire project is scheduled for completion by the fall of 2008.
Managing Director Julie F. Nachamkin and Associate Director Michael Staskiewicz of The Schultz Organization are the exclusive sales agents for the complex.
