First, I just want to say how proud I am of the borough republicans. The results were not what we wanted, but this is a terrific group with tons of positive energy. The borough republicans have nothing to be ashamed of and can hold their heads high.
Second, Congrats and good luck to Mayor Higgins! So many people on all sides of the political spectrum have faith in him and wish him well.
Congrats to Councilman Mike D who is also a well respected person.
Last and never least, thank you, good luck and good health to Mayor Mike. I hope that retirement finds him well and he enjoys the time to himself that he has earned. It has been a tough job for him but he stuck it out far longer than most would have. Good luck, Mayor.
