I had heard about this and am glad the Patch caught wind. The last thing this town needs is anymore high density dwellings, including apartments or condos. This town already has way too many rentals and apartment buildings which has contributed to the over crowding and strain on infrastructure. . It does not matter if they are high end or low end, this is an idea that needs to die. Chances are, it would just turn into Drug Mill jr.
