“Sylvia” will open at Center Playhouse, South Street, Freehold, on July 21 with a fundraiser, “APaws for Rescue,” for Rose’s Fund for Animals and the Monmouth County SPCA. Tickets for the fundraiser are $40 each; a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales goes to both organizations.
