Obviously, this has a long way to go before it happens, the HPC is the beginning. Is a 7-11 the best possible use? Probably not. I prefer WaWa, they have better coffee. I do believe it is better than the office space that was originally proposed. We already have too much unused office space.
At the end of the day, it is a good thing to see something going there. That Exxon has been a blight and an eye sore for way too long, greeting visitors when they first enter town. We have certainly had ample discussions about that embarrassment on this site.
