See letter F. It looks like the schools are seeking ways to ease the overcrowding. It is estimated that the elementary schools will see an additional 50 students a year for at least the next couple of years.

IMO, this boosts the argument for a charter school in the borough. If the door is open to other schools, it would make sense to have one close to home. Of course the devil is in the details and funding is always the big bear.
