Freehold Borough Council President Jaye Sims received an award at the December 6th Freehold Borough Council meeting from a social networking group called Urban SociaLites. Urban SociaLites is a social networking business dedicated to creating social networking opportunities for African Americans living and/or working in Monmouth County. Council President Sims received the award for his community involvement and his dedication to public service. Congratulations Jaye!
