Family and friends of Jim Higgins gathered at Hudson Manor recently to honor the man who was integral in making this building for senior citizens a reality in Freehold Borough.
Friends and family members of the late James F. Higgins gather at the Hudson Manor apartment building in Freehold Borough to dedicate a garden in Higgins’ honor. Photo at right shows the plaque that will be placed at the site. Higgins served on the apartment building’s board for more than 30 years. He died at the age of 88 on Jan. 30.
