It is that time of year again where the solicitations for donations are in the mail and signs are popping up all over town. And of course, I have to put a post up, as I do every year, to help the Freehold First Aid Squad.
I do not have the numbers, but I believe the FFAS had a tough year last year. With a bad economy, it is predictable that donations may wane. PLEASE, remember to send in those donations to the FFAS. They are a vital service to our town. Let's show those township crazies who is more generous and supportive of the FFAS.
And don't forget, they also need volunteers.
