We live here and there is so much to like. Of all the things that I like about the borough is its location. I rarely need to drive more than 5 minutes to get to anything I need-mall, home depot, supermarket, bars, restaurants, movies, parks, voting, schools, etc. It really is amazing. The other day I needed to pick up some eggs in the morning. I was literally there and back in 10 minutes. When we need to go to the mall for something real quick, we're there and back in a half hour. All this, yet my neighborhood is very quiet and suburban.

Ka19,
Great topic! We have had similar threads before, but it is always worth bringing back up.
I agree with what you wrote.
I will pick on the topic of the people of this town. I have said before and will always repeat, this is a good town with great people. In the time I have been active in this town, I have never regreted getting to know the people. From the governing body, the people who serve on committees, to all the others I have met along the way, I rarely have something bad to say. The people here are down to earth and friendly. Not stuck up or snobbish like some surrounding towns. I always find it worth the time getting to know the many different people of this town.

My favorite thing is the old time family neighborhood feel of the place be it Cruise Night or Opening Day at the Little League field. You don't find it in many places.

My favorite thing is the old time family neighborhood feel of the place be it Cruise Night or Opening Day at the Little League field. You don't find it in many places. AND Cruise Night is tomorrow night. I think we will be safe from the rain by then. Just think, the last cruise night was rained out... and it seems like we have had non-stop rain since then. There is a lot of neat little stuff that goes on in town that flies completely under the radar. A lot of that stuff gets picked up here... but not all.
