Hello to all.
It is that time of year again when I and my "Team Turner" participates in the Tour de Cure, a fund raising bike ride for the American Diabetes Association. As many of you know, I have been participating in this ride for the past 3 years, and year after year, our team grows, we reach out to more and more people, and most importantly, we raise more and more money for the American Diabetes Association.
Most of us know someone in our lives who are dealing with this terrible disease in some form or another. I myself have an uncle who (despite being in his early 50's) was just diagnosed with diabetes, and it's taking a lot of strength and willpower on his part to fight this very aggressive version. It is for him, and countless others, that I and my teammates continue to participate in this ride year after year.
I realize that the world today is a bit tougher financially for many of us, but I still ask for anyone who is able to make a donation to either myself or our team. All of the proceeds go directly to the American Diabetes Association as they continue to fight for a cure, and treatment measures to help combat the disease.
If you are able, please click on either my personal page...

or our team page...

to make a donation...or, if you'd like to join the team and come along for the ride, you can sign up on our team page as well.
Thank you all for your support over the last few years, and for the support you give this year.
