Gellman Images, Freehold, has been selected as the official image-maker for the 2009 New Jersey Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony that will take place Sunday, May 3, 2009, at the NJ Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), Newark, New Jersey.
Gellman Images will be responsible for all still images and “behind-the-scenes” video for the event as well as the imaging content for the satellite museums, such as the IZOD Center, Meadowlands; NJPAC; and a mobile unit that will travel statewide.
The Governor Jon Corzine announced the 2009 inductees, which include musician Jon Bon Jovi, basketball star Shaquille O'Neal, comedian Jerry Lewis, actors Bud Abbott and Lou Costello, Yankee shortstop Phil Rizzuto, poet Walt Whitman, writer F. Scott Fitzgerald, inventor Guglielmo Marconi, and scientist Carl Sagan, among several others.
Gellman said, “We are honored to align ourselves with such a great group of New Jerseyans. The event last year was phenomenal, and this year should be even more exciting.”
