FREEHOLD: Three people were appointed to the Planning Board at the April 6 Borough Council meeting.
Marjorie "Joy" Goetz, a board alternate, was named to the seat held by Lisa Kristiansen, who has submitted her resignation. Goetz's term will end in 2011.
Robert Oakes, a second board alternate, will fill the seat being vacated by Goetz. Borough Board of Education member Adam Reich will replace Oakes, according to a resolution passed by the council.
