Good Job, PD! www.app.com/article/20081218/NEWS/81218013FREEHOLD — Police arrested a 19-year-old borough man after they say they stopped him for speeding and found a large bag of marijuana in the car. Around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday on Monument Street, Patrolman Nick Iozzi stopped a car driven by Jeffrey Frost, 19, of Reid Way, said Lt. Mark Wodell. The officer smelled raw marijuana, so he called for back-up, Wodell said. Sgt. Mike Sweetman arrived, and they found the marijuana, cash and a scale in the car, police said. Frost was charged with possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
