Lisa wrote in another thread.....
Meanwhile, Brian, TNTMom represents our second "mom." I think it would be nice to have a board for families where moms (dads too) can talk about raising their kids in our area, things to do, good pediatricians, etc. Just an idea.
I am always open to suggestions and have often followed through after getting feedback from participants. I like this idea and would like to follow through. I am asking for input from readers and participants.
I can open a new category or board easy enough. What should we call it? where do we put it? What will be the intended content?
I would like to hear your ideas. Lets "build a board" together.
The only thing I will start with is a goal I often have. What can we do to attract the interests of new people? What could this new board have that would entice them?

Since site visitation is doing well, it is a good time to remind people that the Freehold Voice will be undergoing further changes in the near future. Readers and participants can expect to see some changes next week.
For one, I will be combining the elected leaders and election watch boards. Those two boards have turned into one and the same so there is no sense in having them separate. I waited until after election day because the use of those boards has been predictably high.
I will also enhance the restaurant guide found under the Main Street section.
I have also been receiving some excellent suggestions from site users and readers. I will be using some, if not all, of those suggestions. Readers will have to stay tuned and check back to see what those suggestions are.
I really do welcome the feedback from all of you. Using your suggestions is what makes this a true community site. I still make the offer to all readers and participants to forward suggestions. Your ability to shape this site is what makes it a community site.
All readers and participants should keep in mind that this is an open forum. All are welcome so long as they conduct themselves in a civil manner.
I have the highest hopes of attracting more people, with different interests with the coming changes.
So ask yourselves, what would you like to see different or better on the Freehold Voice? Send your suggestions to me, I am always listening.
Brian
