Alright, I know Lisa will have my head for this post, but we had a great discussion today about buying in the borough.
First point, she is finally talking of buying here. Naturally a big move like this is one to make any person nervous. Lets hope that Lisa does finally buy here because our town really needs more like her. She has plenty of friends here and is quite active in our town. If she takes the plunge, she will no longer be our adopted resident, but one of our finest.
The discussion, of course, was also centered around the housing market. It stinks everywhere. For any who are interested in the boro, now is a great time to consider the move here. Prices are very nice compared to what they were, unless of course, you are a seller.
