It appears that the work on Center Street will begin on or about August 28th, per the Boro's engineers. The town will keep everyone updated so everybody will be aware of construction timetable and traffic flow issues. Thank you.

Between the NPC and now the paving it is good to see attention being paid to Center street. It is long overdue.
Not to go off topic, but this reminds me of the Robersville road bridge project. That has been going on for what appears an eternity. It does look like it is nearing completion. I also noticed there is a nice paved bike/foot path that has also been added which allows Lake Topenumus users to access the different sections of park a bit easier.

I looked that one up on-line and it said the project completion was set for end of July. Knowing these things rarely ever go according to schedule, it is still probably very close to being done.

Marc I believe it is a county project and those county types are always waaayyyy behind. ;D Lets hope the borough is better on Center Street.  |

I agree. The repaving of Barkalow Avenue was a long drawn out affair and we hit many potholes along the way! Literally!!!!
