So I love to use the phrase "Americana", particularly when describing to friends what my neighborhood is like on the day of Freehold's Independence Day fireworks.
I see it as a very flattering description of our town. So I was thinking about ways that Freehold Boro could serve as additional examples of the concept of "Americana".
That led me to (of course) 'google' the word just for brainstorming. Lo and behold, I see a Wikipedia entry for the word "Americana". Click the link below and see if you can identify that which compelled me to start this thread. It shouldn't be too difficult.
