Commissioner Davy and NJDOE Determine the Freehold Borough School District
A HIGH PERFORMING DISTRICT!

In a letter sent to Mrs. Elizabeth O’Connell, the Superintendent of Schools in Freehold Borough, Commissioner Lucille Davy announced today that the Freehold Borough School District is a “High Performing School District.” This determination followed a rigorous review conducted by the district and The New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) under the Quality Single Accountability Continuum (QSAC). The process lasted several weeks and focused on the areas of Instruction and Program, Fiscal, Operations, Personnel and Governance.

DPR Area Placement on the Continuum
Instruction and Program 83%
Fiscal 91%
Operations 100%
Personnel 95%
Governance 100%
