FREEHOLD: The borough's Police Community Response Unit has set up an anonymous tip line for residents to report issues that affect their quality of life, Lt. Mark Wodell said.
Quality-of-life issues can be matters such as drinking in public, assaults, sale of illegal drugs, noise violations, lewd behavior and others that disturb the peace, he said.
