I am happy to announce that Rich Kelsey has agreed to act as another moderator for this site. I felt this was needed due to how heated and very visited the site has become over recent days.
The administration of this site is concerned about possible anti-Latino sentiments and having another moderator will aid in keeping the site integrity.
I asked Rich due to the fact that he has been with both of the message boards. He has always carried himself well and has never degraded anyone. He stays on topic and does not get baited with nonsense.
I will also consider another moderator in the future if the need is there.

As promised, we now have another staff member added to this site. lisas84 has agreed to accept several privileges that will enable her to contribute to the betterment of this site.
She is listed as a moderator and has the ability to delete posts and threads, as well as ban members. She also has the ability to clean up threads and posts, make announcements, sticky threads, as well as use a number of other tools now available to her.
The only things she is lacking is access to hidden emails and IP numbers. Before any take that the wrong way, I will make clear that the lack of those things is not a reflection of her, but simply a reflection of my commitment as the admin to protect the identity of all who wish to remain anonymous. If the need changes and I believe that lisa84 will need those things, then I will make the appropriate change.
I also want to make clear that bringing Lisa on board as staff is not to be taken as a bad reflection of Richard. Rich has been a great help since he became a moderator and I have no regrets about having him. I believe that Lisa will add quite a bit to the site and she has helped me out a great deal behind the scenes for quite some time.
I have been committed to making this a good community site where any and all can feel comfortable in participating. I know that the addition of Lisa will assist me in achieving that goal.
I am confident that with the help of Lisa and the continued help of Rich that this site will only grow and get better.
