.....if your were an Assemblyman, or Assemblywomen, WHAT ONE question would you ask Commissioner Davie about funding Freehold Boro Schools?

i want to know a few things
1. why are the casinos getting refunds and the schools are being forced to make major cuts
2. why does the state require ESL/Bilingual students to be taught in their native language, but tested on high stakes tests tied to funding in ENGLISH
3. how are B districts below the T and E box suppose to provide the state curriculum with a cap on revenue?
