Starting today, Code Enforcement began systematic inspections of all one and two family rental properties in the Borough of Freehold as per Borough Ordinance 5.92.050.
Inspections will be conducted during the day and evening hours with existing staff. The inspections will determine if the rental properties comply with Zoning Ordinances, and laws including but not limited to Property Maintenance Code, Uniform Construction Code, Health Code, Housing Code and Fire Code.
