With triple digit smites from the quality participants on the Freehold Voice, Casual Reader has become a historic second person to receive that honor.
The first person to receive that honor was MisterPR1981 who not only went to triple negatives, but went to a high positive and then returned to the esteemed negative rating.
Casual reader will now serve out a three year term as the council jester, providing endless hours of entertainment for Mayor for Life Wilson and the rest of the council.
