In response to popular demands dudes and dudettes I am preparing a sequel to Freehold Burro I. You have all been inspiring me with plot leads -- I think you can all see that the first screenplay is a winner. The hanging scene at the muster zone is cinema at its best. In between studying for finals and ring shopping -- I am crafting the sequel -- although like the Sopranos the issue is will Casual turn it into a movie or a serialized action drama -- played out over 13 episodes. What do my fans say? Here is the teaser for the sequel or the next season: I have not forgotten you Calliope -- You are right everyone wanted you -- Freydude, Baldwin Man, Brian, Casual. You are one hot tamale.  In the film clip for the next season you are clutching your belly. It is just a short while after the hanging of Freydude and Baldwin. You know their deaths were unjust -- the baby in your womb tells you so. You are carrying the baby of one of these desperados!!!!!!!!!!  Tomorrow I will reveal the father of your baby... Casual,
Since today is May Day, the day when left wing nuts all over the country will be marching, I have decided to pay tribute to them with a politically correct version of your story. We do live in different times and it is so important to be sensitive to others.
We send a delegation of three -- Casual, Figgy and Brian. We all have to be packing lead because we know the meeting is part of an elaborate ambush by the LLA. We all wanted to have sit down and talk about each others feeling. Besides, fire arms have been outlawed in a perfect world, thanks to enlightened groups like the ACLU.
We arrive in our car and we notice 25 bicycles parked outside the church. We walk in and we see the Freydude with his spurs on a big table surrounded by a posse of Baldwin's men. We realize these guys are onto something. We are still using combustion engines while they are on bikes. It is clear that we need to be more sensitive to the enviorment. We do have to save the planet form us. It is time for us to learn a thing or two and change our evil capitalist ways.
The Freydude addresses Brian -- "human beings get out of town. The borough now belongs to the LLA." He then spits out tobacco tofu onto Figgy's face.
Brian and Casual calm down the Figman, and give the Freydude a time out for aggressive male behavior. ( The horror!)
The tension is thick. Freydude walks up to the Brian and he tells him -- "We want your type ( right wingers) out of town now. This borough is not big enough for intolerance and hatred."
Freydude and Baldwin and 30 Mexicans all draw their ACLU lawyers.
They shoot down Figgy dude like a dog. Figgy runs like hell, he can not get sued--again!
Me and Brian take out our Glocks and smoke em all (because we know from the movies that two or three human beings are always a match for 30 to 40 Mexican federales.) Edited for content, violence is never the solution!
Freydude and Baldwin escape.
Mayor Wilson and Councilman Levine get a PEOPLE posse together and they apprehend the two fugitives hiding under a new and improved version of the Constitution, intended to give more rights to the oppressed of the world.
They are hanged Pardoned at dawn at the muster zone. Besides, capital punishment is outlawed, it is more important to understand and rehabilitate even the worst criminals.They then give them each appointments to various committees and the council, all in an effort to calm down tention and work together.
As the camera fades to black Mayor Wilson and Councilman Levine and Casual and Brian are meeting with the "good" Mexican leaders. The ones we have chosen and listen to everything we say. seen marching at Boro hall with Mexican,Chinese, Russian and many other flags, demanding human rights for all. Mayor Wilsion, Councilman LeVine, Casual and Brian all agree to attend sensitivity training during their winter break, which is during the holiday season.
And the father of Callipe's baby is
It is very important to remember that we are all different and that there is no one ideal for the family model. Alternate families are just as good and deserve recognition. Through genetic engineering, Calliiope will be having a female child to ensure that there is one less male in the world. The gay rights march will be next week, inspired by Calliope.

"As the camera fades to black Mayor Wilson" I am confused, is Mayor Wilson Black in this movie?  Interesting casting move, my compliments. I'd sugest Jim Brown for the part, I loved him in Mars Attacks, and in the Dirty Dozen too!!! |

To all, I had a very un-Calliope (atypical) visceral reaction above. Brian, who knows me, meant no harm. Normally, I would have busted a gut laughing and would have seen the good-natured humour in which it was intended. For my reactions, I apologize. Due to recent circumstances in my personal life, I reacted from the emotions typical of ending a relationship. So, carry on all. "nobody else is good enough to father my kid " Thats good enough for me! |

Due to recent circumstances in my personal life, I reacted from the emotions typical of ending a relationship. So, carry on all. Calliope, You know I mean you any harm. And anyone who knows you, is aware that you are a gem. I do find it amazing that you are single. With that said, the post I put up there is meant as a fun thread. I am not trying to offend anyone. More a poke at PC and ourselves than anything. And for you, Calliope, I will get on my knees and beg for forgiveness. |

Marshal Kelsey rides into town on his white horse and saves the town from the evil and diabolical ACLU. After all salvation will be from a republican. ;D I would go further, but my previous version got me into enough hot water for one day.  |

I am so thrilled with the response to my movie and now I have decided to make the next installments a mini-series. I plan 13 episodes -- one a week. The story is big -- biblical in proportion. Now I ask patience from all of you as the series unfolds -- I now some of you feel that you have not gotten the attention you deserve. Kelso dude your hurt feelings are noted, but I have not forgotten you. You will play an important role in the upcoming season. ;D  All of the great PEOPLE Characters will be back -- we may even see Baldwin, Freydude and the Figster in flashbacks. There will be appearances from Mayor Wilson, Councilman Levine, Freehold Resident, Geo, Zeus, Councilman Sims, Hawkeye, the eye-popping Calliope, Brian, Rev. McGuire, Lazhole, DeFonzie and a host of new characters. Casual will of course be the narrator, but take part in key scenes. Your lives will unfold in this bigger than all of us drama. AND NOW THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR. THE FATHER OF CALLIOPE'S BABY IS SEE BELOW It was the Baldwin Man who did the deed. He He may not seem like a lady killer at first, but he read poetry to Calliope for hours on end the months before he was hung at the muster zone. Gradually something began to stir inside Calliope -- she fell hard for the Bandido of Justice (the Baldwin Man's nickname). Now she is carrying his love child and what that child's destiny will be is for all of you to discover in "Freehold Burro-- the mini-series." Episode One -- next week. Casually Playwriting |
