Where would someone get dynamite? Why would someone want it? Did they find guns? Is this related to the first story in which bullets hit a house?

Yeah, really - apparently drugs in sufficient amount to garner a charge of intent to distribute, a car without a VIN, dynamite. This is the beginning (or end) of a Quentin Tarrentino movie.
