Freehold to join in National Night Out
FREEHOLD: The Police Department will host the borough's National Night Out, an event held to take a stand against crime, from 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 7 in the Hall of Records parking lot on East Main Street.
The event will include emergency vehicles, face painting, strolling jugglers, a balloon artist, a "turbo tubs" amusement ride and a rock wall. Admission is free.
