Freehold First Aid Fundraising Month

At last evening's council meeting, it was announced that June is the fundraising month for Freehold First Aid.

Councilman Crawford put things into distinct perspective. If I recall correctly, he noted that the First Aid squad responds to approximately 45,000 folks in Freehold Borough and Township. Therefore, if each household donated only $10 per household member, that would amount to an astounding $450,000.

Now, of course this is not going to happen. But, any donation shall be much appreciated. In addition, Trustee Jim McAllister noted that signs are available to post on yards to help generate awareness.
