Saturday April 28th from 5pm-8pm at the VFW in Freehold
The Memorial Day Parade Committee is sponsoring a Spaghetti Dinner
Tickets are $7
The actual Memorial Day Parade this year is on Monday May 28th and the Grand Marshals are going to be Two World War II Veterans: William Brown and Fred Taureck, both are P.O.W.'s of World War II as well as purple hearts.

I am trying to get a group of people together for this dinner. I have also been asked if children are allowed, and I will get back with this answer.

For those of you who missed it, the dinner appeared to be a real success. All tables were packed for most of the night. The staff and the VFW did a really good job and the food was not bad. And of course, being the little devil I am, I found a table with a picture of our President Bush hanging over it. I sat with FIGFY and was quite surprised he did not lose his appetite. Sorry FIGFY, I could not find a table with a picture of Castro for you.  |
