Removal of Frank Freyre?

As I have heard throughout the board over the past month or so, Frank Freyre has breached ethics and disseminated confidental documents and information to the public, before it had gone through the proper procedures.

This is quite inappropriate and it is treason.

I would like to move forward with a petition for removal of Frank Freyre from any and all town committees and commissions for right now and in the future. Who would like to get started on this? The town may not want to do this on their own, since every time they do something, this big crybaby jumps up and down to get what he wants, but we're Freehold Boro residents and we have a say in our town. You know...we also pay taxes...an important thing in this country. It shows that we are citizens and we have a voice and a vote.

I personally am appalled by Mr. Freyre's inappropriate behavior and would like him removed from the town's functioning body immediately. I am sure we could replace him with someone who cares about the town, not just their own corrupt vendetta/agenda.

This promiscuity firestorm would seem to be offensive to Latino Woman in particular.

Is Mrs. Cecilia Reynolds still in a leadership role and has she spoken out yet?

As a woman, she would be a stake holder as well, being a community leader this promiscuity thing must be particularly insulting to her.

Frank, Laz and the rest of the Latino leadership Alliance should have a loud female voice, what a perfect opportunity for Ms. Reynolds, and her Daughter too, to express her objection about this stereo type.

As a Respectable Latino Female Leader, this MUST be particularly outraged, lets here her voice!

And for Mr. Reynolds, as a farther of a teenage daughter, be too must me incensed!

Maybe her silence is in protest of Frank and crew, that her silence reads as a call to stop this madness, that she is SANE enough to establish a calmness that other Latino leaders can take example from!

Frankly, I don't really give a d**n WHAT their opinions are on the stereotype. Their opinions on it have NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with what most of these committees are all about.

What matters here is that he breached ethics and disclosed confidential documents to the public, before they were agreed upon. If someone in a large company did that, they would be in scolding hot water.

If it was in the national government, the same would happen.

Freyre needs to be removed immediately. He is dangerous to our town and should have no dealings with anything going on in our local government, since it is apparent that he cannot be trusted with confidential documents.

Each appointment has a term. For example, I am on the planning board and my term expires 12/31/09. I always thought it was a good idea to get a variety of opinions and backgrounds on a particular board, committee or commission - no matter how much you may disagree with them.

However, I also had to sign an oath of office. Typical stuff. One can debate the ramifications of that I suppose.

Another thing that I had to sign was Financial Disclosure Forms indicating sources of income. Would be interesting if folks lobbying for positions (one way or another) had to disclose if they were getting paid by those interests. I had to do that - not quite sure why other committees and commissions don't do that as well.

No, we do not.

If we allow THEM to have a voice, we have to allow the Italian community, Asian community, Irish community, and so on. I'm gay, does that mean that I should form some Gay Alliance now and constantly be obnoxious and force my views down everyone's throats constantly and be on committees because of that? NO.

You're supposed to be on these committees and commissions to represent the town, not a specific group of people.

I'm getting tired of this crap. I am tired of hearing about this LLA. If I started a Gay Alliance, the LLA would be run out of town. You think the LLA is loud---let's have a few loud lesbians up at the podium--that'll shut them up. ;D

I feel your pain, but remember....KARMA, the the harder you push, the greater the resistance...The LLA is not capable of maintaining this simple principle. Thus they will implode! And let them.

I almost see this as an Easter Parallel, the romans legions (LLA) gather up the lumber for a curcifition....showing us all that they are as intolerant, if not less tolerant that the man they choose to crusify...especialy in the season of lent, there needs to be an living example of understanding and forgiveness, there needs to be an embrace of those you chose to vilify, and an open desire to raise above the human condition of anger, hate, rage and take some solace in knowing that you are a follower of the "PRINCE OF PIECE"!!! IO suspect that part of this plan was to put the Mayor and Council in a position where they believe they cannot ask him to step down or remove him -- lest he level the charge of political retaliation.

He has proven he has no business serving. He has proven that he cannot operate with other committee members. He has lost the faith and trust of the committee -- which makes his service impossible.

Why he was permitted on the Maplewood visit I could not even imagine.

He should be removed -- and Freehold residents must make that clear to its leadership.

And the Freehold Boro government cannot have him removed. Well, they possibly could if they check the by-laws. If they did, then the big crybaby will once again try to attack the government.

However, WE, the people of Freehold Boro, ARE the town. And we sure as hell have a say in this.

Let's agree to commence and move forward with the removal of Frank Freyre from the town government. Who would like to volunteer to get started on this?

On one hand I totally understand what you are saying.

On another, I think it's dangerous for him to have any insider information on town proceedings, committees and commissions.

However, I would definitely like to expose his true agenda. Let me know, and I would be glad to help out in any way. He needs to be set straight. I have absolutely no tolerance for his behavior.
