What has Bruce done for Freehold Borough, other then growing up here? Refer to the town in a song?

Silly boy, that is the wrong question. What should he do? Nothing as far as I am concerned. He owes us nothing.

What should he do? It’s not for me to say. What has he done? I think you answered my question. ;D I think he supported John Kerry?

I do love the music. Having said that -- Bruce has made many donations to Freehold organizations. He has done so quietly, without fanfare -- which is his style. I agree that he owes us nothing -- but he has given any way. For that -- he gets great credit.

How many of us, if we "made it big" would even think twice of our hometown for charitable giving? It's wrong to hold him out and ask "what has he done for us?" It also would ensure that he forgets us in the future.

Among his contributions is one of the firetrucks that I think cost several hundred thousand dollars.
He also did a concert at St. Rose years back that was charitable.
He donated a signed guitar for a different group that went to chartity.
These are just the three I know of. Like the other poster said, I'm sure there were others he did quietly.
