Mrs. Mary Denise Conover, widow of Elisha S. Conover, died at the home of her daughter at Newark, on Friday April 23d. Mrs. Conover lived at Freehold for many years. She was born at Pleasant Valley in 1809 and at her death was 87 years old. Mrs. Conover was the mother of six children, only two of whom are living. Her husband died 53 years ago. She was a member of the Brick church and her funeral was held there on Monday of last week.
