Dr. Jacob Lewis practiced medicine, forever, in Freehold Borough and served on the Board of Education the rest of the time! Strangely enough, there is no mention of him on the Internet, except for his wife's class of 1945, "where are they now" type marriage announcement.
Sally Gould Smith was a June bride. She married Jacob Lewis, who was their family physician when the Smiths lived in Farmingdale, N.J. She's known him for 40 years, and he's been a physician in the same area for 62 years. She writes that they were married in a beautiful ceremony conducted by Cantor Wayne Siet. She will keep her home in Tennessee but spend most of her time at 47 Court St., Freehold, NJ 07728. God's blessing on Sally and Jacob.
