ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To manage and develop Sun's long term relationship with a major international financial services client. As the Client Executive, the candidate is responsible for revenue and customer satisfaction at the GLOBAL level, as well as for providing leadership of a globally dispersed and virtual team of sales, technical, and services team members. The ability to grow and maintain relationships at the CxO level is imperative, as is the ability to negotiate and manage all of the complexities associated which doing business with the client in a globally seamless manner. This includes the negotiation, proactive management, and communication of pricing; tracking and forecasting of global revenue, planning and budgeting, andassuring globally consistent sales and services practices. The Client Executive owns the creation of the account plan, and has responsibility for its execution at the global level.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Working knowledge of German is a big plus, as is familiarity with the UK and Swiss business environments.
