It has to do with the following:
MARLBORO -- A week after the March 7 crash that killed two Jackson teens, Gov. Corzine visited Marlboro High School today for a ceremonial bill signing to announce the state's establishment of a Teenage Driver Safety Commission.
The bill creates a 15-member panel to review dangers common among young drivers, including aggressive driving and drinking and driving.
The commission also will specifically look at whether the state's graduated driver's license program is effectively addressing those problems, officials said.
Corzine said the attendance of officials -- including bill sponsor Sen. Ellen Karcher (D-Monmouth) and other legislators, local mayors, law enforcement officials and Freehold Regional High School district Board of Education members and administrators -- held a message for area teens.
"The fact is that everyone cares about this subject (teen driving safety), everyone cares about your future dreams coming to pass,'' Corzine told Marlboro High School students in attendance.
"The goal of this commission is to study how we can implement (the law) ... in a way that we don't have to face the tragedies we've seen in Freehold, Jackson and Colts Neck,'' Corzine said.

Yes...about 10 MOM protested our side FBHS, and DID get the Gov's attention. He didn't get out of his vehicle to speak, but did pullover, rolled his window down to see shat the commotions was about.
The Tree Musketeers, Beck, karcher and Panter mingled with the mommies for quite some time.

Hummm why soooo much of a hoopla, the Gov went to the WRONG high school! This should have been done at the FBHS for obvious reasons, why in Marlboro then? None of the Children in Marlboro HS has the same suffering! HUmmm Gov's a Dem, Karchers a Dem, and there are lots of votes needed in NOV for the Senator..Why Marlboro, political Pantering I mean PANDERING. This is shameful because "A", this has to do with the death of three young lives and "B" they were at the WRONG highschool... And why do we need a 15-member panel to study the fact about something we all know, there are teenagers with bad judgment when to comes to driving, and that Parents need to be held responsible for the consequences of their minors!

Actually...considering how most of their parents act, I think they have more suffering! ;D

Remember Marlboro could not afford heat for the winter time and on more troubled notes that show the Borough is not alone..... newstranscript.gmnews.com/news/2007/0314/Front_Page/002.htmlFreehold is not alone. The solutions will not come from within. Corzine should not show his face around here again unless he wants to treat the tax payers and ALL of the children the ways he treats his favorite union tart Carla Katz. He did her children some big favors by putting them in non union schools for a better education. Yup...Trenton fiddles while Freehold burns.
