Well, B in this case is the economic rating of the residents. php.app.com/rc06web/search.phpThe results don't cut and paste too well here. You can search by school. A lot of info comes out, you are best to narrow your search as much as possible. Take a deeper look...
When you start to look at the "click below for details" column on the report, they break down the percentages for "General Students", aka non special education students, and students who are not limited english proficient. When you start looking at those scores, the increase in proficiency percentages is very significant...pointing once more to the fact that the 400lb gorilla in the room is drastically damaging our schools reputations.
