for those who compare Freehold Borough to Asbury Park and Long Branch, the high school says a little different.
Freehold High school is 8th in the county, with a state rank of 95.
Asbury park 296
Long Branch 290
We also beat
Wall 121
Freehold TWP. 144
Howell 181
Allentown 113

www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7723397/site/newsweek/I'd like to lean about what Newsweek measures with, but these aew the Top 1000 in the US, few from NJ, A staggering number from NY, BY FAR, and most of those NY HS's are on Long Island, this may be because NYS has a great approach to managing regions and district the State Board of Regents thought the 17 BOCES regions works well. The Nassau and Suffolk County Boces as well as the So Hudson VALLEY ( I believe) have highly effective and progressive shared resource management with thees districts Just look and the URL and SEE.... Should the NJ State Dept of Education look at, as well as to reach out to successful states and learn what the differences are? I believe that BOCES also ties into the SUNY system so that there is a loss partnership with Higher Education.
