I am curious as to whether or not anyone else has noticed this...
With all of the mailers I am seeing in my mailbox, with all of the ads I am hearing on the radio, with all the ads I am seeing on tv...there seems to be something a little different this year.
I get a lot of ads in the mail that show Beck, O'Scanlon, and Casagrande (the Republican ticket for Senate and Assembly). I have even seen an ad on tv for the three of them (as well as ads for Jennifer Beck - or rather against Ellen Karcher). There seems to be more of a concerted, team effort amongst the three of them.
On the Democrats side, it just seems to me that Panter and Mallet are more separated from Karcher. I see lots of tv ads for Panter, I have seen tv ads for Karcher (or rather - again - against Jennifer Beck) and I have received a few mailers for Panter and Mallet...but no mention of Karcher.
I could be way off on this...but from what I have seen, it looks as if Panter is trying to separate himself certainly from Karcher, but also from the Democrat Party (many of his ads point out how he supposedly voted against the "Party Bosses")
