READ and THINK ABOUT THIS!!!! If only 10% of the registered Voter of Freehold Boro come out to next week, this will only show Trenton or the 12th district candidates (Beck, Karcher, Panter, etc...) that we are NOT A VOTING BLOCK.WE MUST HAVE at least 50% of the registered voters or more, to Vote either way, YES or NO on April 17th!!! THIS WILL send a clear message, and Freehold Boro will be a battle ground for 12th district candidates that currently hold office!!! THIS IS WHY EVERY FREEHOLD BORO VOTE WILL COUNT! FACT... Panter only hung on by 200 votes last time. WE MUST show Trenton, and the 12th district, that we can get out the Vote and the School Elections will make a clear message that, again We are a VOTING BLOCK THAT CAN NOT BE IGNORED, AND we will get more support in Trenton for our Schools, and maybe other issues that challenge this great community!!! YOU MUST VOTE! Take a Neighbor with you to vote, pick up a few old people who need transportation to vote...LETS GET OUT THE VOTE D*AMIT!!! Again Vote YES, Vote NO, but a LARGER VOLUME of votes is a YES VOTE THAT FB COUNTS!!! A small turnout is a Vote that says shameful apathy has RETURNED!!!! VOTE, VOTE, VOTE....!!!! Vote Yes or No, but we should try to get out a BIG Vote.

Yes, we must ALL vote YES for our town's reputation...vote YES for maintaining our property values...and most importantly, vote YES our kid's futures. If they are Freehold Borough's kids, then they are our kids.
I no longer have any school age children...I am not wealthy and my home isn't worth as much as some of those in other parts of town. But, I DO believe in the future of our children. They will be the Doctors and nurses that care for us. They will be the business people, who help improve our economy. They will be our future elected leaders. Yes, our children from this tiny borough.
Those of you with older children should take a close look at what their own kids are doing, in life, and wonder if any of it would have been possible without a good educational foundation in Freehold Borough. I think not. My own Freehold "alumni" are both on the road to a better life, partly because of the good education they received in our schools.
Now, we must give the current crop of children the same chance as we gave our own kids. We still should fight Washington and Trenton for more help, but we should not let our battles interfere with the daily education our local kids are receiving.
Realize that school children only spend 8-9 years in our Borough Schools and it goes by in an instant. How they will fare at FHS and beyond really comes down to making the most of their brief time in our schools. Every moment counts and lost time is never made up.
VOTE YES!
Marc
