Hey, Publius, you missed this board today. Anything?

Brian:
He "zigged and zagged and made a wrong turn" at my last post. He's on a roll today and probably will stop by this board after dinner. Sounds like he might even start showing up as Diogenes as his anger towards the establishment builds.
Eh tu Brute'

I can not say too much against Publius. We share many of the same views and outrage at what we see happening around us.
Publius and I were even discussing the possibility of running for seats in this town under the Libertarian ticket. I will be the dog catcher, got to get those Pit Bulls, and he will run for what ever is available.
Just kidding

Ah...you and I both know the true identity of Publius. Despite that big "P" on his chest, he is just our own mild mannered ---- ------, by day a hard working and respected --------, and by night, advocate of the people, the righter of wrongs and the arch enemy of Pit Bulls owned by inconsiderate owners. Diogenes, his evil side, emerges when libertarian views need be expressed and to SMITE those of us who post our messages as unregistered to avoided being SMITED, while giving up the noble right to be EXALTED. Long Live Publius!

Calliope:
Though we may kid him (especially Brian) and we sometimes share different views, make no mistake in thinking that we do not respect and value the "P" man's contributions to this board and to our town. He is very brilliant and in general a very nice guy. And, NO he is NOT passive, at all. Few of us are on this board - at least the ones who post rather than just lurk. Not sure if you already know "P's" true identity, but you'll hopefully get the chance to meet him one day. That's up to him.
Yes, the PEOPLE board is a real guilty pleasure that many of us enjoy. It went away for awhile, but I think it's return - under Brian - has been welcome by all and an improvement over the past effort.

All kidding aside, Publius is a good person. Very inteligent. I believe that he may be a rising star in this town. That would be a good thing.
Should he ever leave our town or this board, it would be a loss.

I think you clearly complimented him. Brian is paid to say nice things about him. I need his vote. Your compliment comes to him with no strings attached.
