I haven't pesonally met Steven Goldberg, but from everything I hear from others, he is a very nice, local guy. He seems very interested in working with the town to restore the American Hotel to much of its former glory, as the centerpiece of our business district.
While The American Hotel will never be exactly the same as that which the Daesener family built and preserved over the years, Mr. Grossman seems to be doing his best to create a viable business that is well positioned to survive in the demanding and competitive business environment of 21st century Freehold Borough.
