........honored with awards from the Freehold Borough Historic Preservation Advisory Commission in recognition of each owner’s ability to maintain the home’s historic character and integrity and to keep its history alive and well, even 100 years after each structure was built.
The commission annually honors people who have gone above and beyond the norm in the care and maintenance of their older homes. The commission presents a Restoration Award and a Preservation Award to each year.
The commission recently honored homeowners Ed and Leslie Daley, and Jim and Michele LaPointe for their efforts to restore, beautify and maintain their homes.
