Colleen at Freehold.InJersey is putting together a nice social event for Freehold residents. I know there are many cross over readers for both sites who might be interested. Below is the info from the facebook page. So far there are only ten people confirmed as guests. I hope more of you will come out and Join Colleen and the community. Wednesday, February 17, 2010 Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm Location: American Hotel, Main Street, Freehold Borough Freehold.InJersey.com is organizing its first-ever meetup! Come on out to meet the writers and editors of FinJ, people from the Freehold community, and social media users from around Monmouth County! All are welcome for this fun happy hour at the newly-renovated (and gorgeous!) American Hotel on Main Street in Freehold. Come & share snacks, drinks, stories about Freehold, and networking information. Let the editors know what you'd like to see more of, or sign up to be a contributor! We can't wait to meet the folks in the town we love writing about, so let us know that you'll stop by! www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=306384382496&ref=mf

Brian, great meet up! It was great talking to you, a pleasure meeting colleen, steve and a few others. Colleen did a great job! Colleen did do well in bringing a nice group together on an otherwise boring winter night. It was good to see familiar faces as well as meet some new ones.
