Each year, Freehold Neighborhood Pride selects a neighborhood to help improve.
The committee holds special meetings with the neighbors to discuss their street's needs and wants. And then they go door-to-door to meet and discuss additional ideas for improving quality of life throughout the neighborhood.
The committee then reports their finding to the town council for discussion on what efforts may be possible. Volunteers are also enlisted to help neighbors with home fixups and cleanups!
The annual focus always concludes with the NPC's signature "Block Party," which is designed to CELEBRATE the neighborhood and bring its residents out to meet on another and to get the neighbors to know each other a little better.
