On Monday July 27th,. there will be a rally at 9 am at the post office on Laffyette to keep to a post office in Freehold Borough.

Besides this good idea for a rally, I am aware that there are other efforts underway to make some noise to save our post office. When I get details that are set in stone, I will try to post them.

The rally was not well attended, but there was some good momentum there. Councilpeople Le Vine and Shutzer were there as they continue the council efforts to fight to keep our post office.
Ted Miller and a couple of other known people from our town were also present.
Petitions were being signed by people walking into the post office and fliers were handed out to people using the post office.
This was far from over and Washington can expect to hear more from Freehold Borough. A lot more.
