The Library is selling "go green" tote bags for two dollars. A little bird told me that I had to buy one, so I did. For two bucks it is a very good deal for a nice little bag. Of course, I will give mine to my wife. We men don't tote. Anyway, I encourage readers to go out and get one for yourself, it is a good deal.

Brian, that's cute: "men don't tote." Unless of course the wife has performed the emasculation, those men tote and tote and tote and pay and pay and pay becuase they'll never get their dignity back. I figured a little humor would get people to remember to go buy the tote. Plus, if I lose my job I can begin a career as an actor on those late night infomercials. An another note, I signed up for the class that is in the beginning of this thread. I am looking very forward to that.

Thursday evening, April 23. Master Gardener presentation: How to Attract Butterflies to Your Garden. Preregistration required; contact the Library for details. Presented by the Friends of the Library. This was a very well done class and all the seats were filled. There were many people with gardening interests and I am sure most learned something. This was the perfect time of the year for this type of class as many of us amateur gardeners hit the garden centers for this years plantings. The woman who gave the lecture was very knowledgeable and very good with answering the many question she received.
