considering the document is 106 pages, I have not had a chance to read it...yet...and to be honest, I am not looking forward to doing so (sorry Rich, but legal documents are the most confusing, headache causing, non clear and to the point documents that exist). I will try to get through it all though, and I reccommend that anyone who plans on commenting on it at least take a look at it.
Do not rely on reports, rumors, or other sources. You have the document, use it, then we can have an honest, fact based discussion on it.
